Obituary

It is with great sorrow and sadness that we must announce the passing of a wonderful, generous, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Fabian M. Loera of Murrieta "Mister" as his sons called him was born on October s". 1962 in Mexicali, Baja Ca. Mexico to Jose Loera (deceased) and Teofila Delfina Gutierrez. Fabian also had a second birthday December 2nd in which was the day he was officially registered due to the fact that his Mother did not have the money to register his actual birth, he always said that he was special due to having two birthdays. Fabian attended Calexico schools and Imperial Valley College and enlisted in the Navy in 1983. Throughout his life Fabian had numerous accomplishments he was a very driven, motivated hardworking individual.

Fabian served in the U.S.Navy for 9 years, he served on the USS Vancouver as a Boiler Tech and completed his enlistment at the NavCon Brig Miramar as a Correctional Custody Specialist. He strived for excellence and had outstanding 4.0 Eval Reports, twice was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal- National Service Medal (Desert Shield/Storm), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal and Sailor of the Quarter. His Military Education: Class "A" school in Great Lakes II. and Navy Corrections Specialist School Fort McClellan AI.

Fabian was President and Partner of Sunrise Floor Systems LLC and had also owned three restaurants in Alabama.

Fabian had been slowing down due to his health and was looking forward to retiring and travel. He loved being with his Grandchildren, going to the movies, gardening and playing roulette at his favorite local casino.

Fabian is survived by his wife Patricia (Huerta) of whom he had married to for 36 years, they had three children together, Stephen, Fabian Joseph and Christopher Loera. Two step children Anthony Huerta and Frank Copeland.

Grandsons; Ryan Huerta, Christopher and Joseph Copeland.

Granddaugthers; Allah, Cali, Kynli and Marlee Loera

Great Granddaughter: Harper Huerta

Daughter In laws: Karin Loera and Morgan Ortiz.



He is also survived by brothers; Andres (Isabel), Ruben (Leticia) and Jesus

{Nelly}Loera.

Sisters: Guadalupe Valdez, Juventina Sanchez and Natividad Gonzalez.

Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his Father Jose and brother Luis.

Vigil Services will be held on December 2nd at Murrieta Valley Funeral Home from 2 - 5 pm. Mass and burial will be on December 3rd Mass at 10:00 am at St. Martha's Catholic Church in Murrieta and burial at Riverside National Cemetery.
